Returns

Items will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Every effort will be made to provide you with tracking. Your item is one of a kind and not returnable. If the item is not as you anticipated, please contact me with any concerns after receiving your item.
Workshop seats are not available for return two weeks prior to date. Digital content for workshop may not be returned once purchased. Approved returns for seats will be issued less fees and associated digital content.
Digital downloads should not be photocopied or distributed without permission of NatalieWoven. The customer must download the digital goods from the link within 24 hours. Once purchased, the download link can always be reissued manually at no charge. Digital Downloads are non-refundable.
