Exploring Mixing Fibers in Stairstep Deflected Doubleweave and Pleats
My weaving notes explore this basic 8 shaft deflected doubleweave draft including dye colors and how I approach color to rotate the warp yarns in and out across the threading. Finally learn how changing the tie-up can used to weave pleats in Woven Shibori. I like to think of it as one threading to produce three woven textural effects! 2024
